before & after--post plastics

Happy 2014, today I did something I have never done, put on a 2 piece bathing suit and WOW, so excited that I think I can pull this off. Yep that was me in the pink top 3.5 yrs ago.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Dr. Clements is my Dr. too! My surgery is 1/13/14 so excited. Did you have the plastic's done at Vandy as well ?

How did the surgery go? My plastics was in Murfreesboro with Dr Tarola. He is the BEST. I waited 3.5 yrs after my rny to make sure I stabilized the weight for a while. He gave suggestions that really worked out amazing (some lipo I had not thought of and made a world of difference). He truly visions and shares his thoughts with you. I just love his work and his team is so awesome too.
