Does Greek yogurt fill you?

I have been having Greek yogurt or Greek yogurt blends for breakfast but I find that 30 minutes or an hour later I am hungry again, is this the same for other people? I am around 10 weeks out I think and my portion size is 1/4 cup

1/4 cup of Greek yogurt wouldn't fill me up.  Even at 10 weeks, I think I was eating more like half a cup of things like yogurt.

Now I eat about a cup of food at a time.  I usually put stuff on my Greek yogurt, so I might eat 3/4 Greek yogurt with 1/4 of fruit or something like that.  It fills me up for a couple hours.

I am 8 weeks out today and a 5.3 oz of Greek yogurt fills me up for about 4 hours.  I know everyone is different though. Try adding something from your plan with your yogurt.

At 2.5 years out, if I eat greek yogurt, I get really ill.

Cottage cheese is a bit more filling.

At 10 weeks it did fill me.  Now it does not.  I usually add organic high protein low sugar granola to it...just a few teaspoons makes a huge difference in how it fills me.

Yogurt of any kind is a slider food (which means that it slides very quickly out of your pouch into your intestines), so it doesn't surprise me that it doesn't keep you full very long.  I don't get physically hungry at all (just notice blood sugar dropping when I go more than 3 or 4 hours without eating), so I don't feel hungry after yogurt, but I do feel "empty" if that makes sense.

I love Greek yogurt. It does fill me up but I have to eat 6 oz.

Greek yogurt doesn't fill me up (since as already noted its pretty much a slider food) but it does make me feel "not hungry" on the rare occasion I do actually feel any hunger.  But I rarely feel hungry. If you are having a lot of hunger maybe stick with denser proteins that keep you satiated longer.
