Dinner: probably unjury chicken protein powder.
in addition to the fluids I had in the above, I have had 23.6 oz of water
2.5 years out from surgery...
An hours's worth of snow removal this morning!
B: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, low-carb wheat toast
L: chili, winter squash, greek yogurt
S: pure protein double chocolate bar
D: chili rellenos puff, turkey sausage, avocado

Did 2.75 miles on treadmill after work. Good exercise and good eats today!
I am sixteen months out:
Pre-breakfast: tea with milk
Breakfast: protein shake with peanut butter
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 oz sausage
Snack: 1 oz almonds, 1 oz cheese
Dinner: pork chop (maybe 2 oz?), few bites roasted sweet potato, braised red cabbage
Snack: cookie, wasn't on my plan but.... noone is perfect, though in the future, if I am gonna have a cookie I am gonna have one I really love as opposed to what is laying around, just saying...
Snack: rice crackers and 1 oz cheese
That puts me at around 70 grams of protein, should shoot for a little more, especially since I did a huge cross country ski today, 3 hours. Awesome!! Had tons of water and tea and all my vitamins, feeling great today :)
I'm loving the posts! I love to see what everyone is eating. I'm also mildly concerned that I eat 4 ounces of lean protein at a meal and the rest of you who are much further out eat 1 or 2 but I can save that for another post :)
I love PB2 (I order it from amazon) as a high protein but low fat peanut butter powder to add to shakes. I am also reminded that I love turkey bacon :) Thanks, all!
