Question about calories?

That's the transition into the final meal plan according to my surgeon.  The 3-6 month plan was 1000-1300 calories and the 6+ (lifetime) plan is 1300-1500 calories per day.

At 6 months I was about 1100 calories per day.  And yes, I exercise 5-6 days per week.

The dietician at my surgeon's office recommended between 800-1000 calories a day at 6 months post-op. Since about 5-6 months post-op, I have exercised regularly 5-6 times a week including different types of cardio and weight training. At my one year follow up appt with the dietician, she moved me up to 1100-1200 calories a day and told me that I could eat an extra 100-200 calories/day on my heavy workout days. I'm still consistently losing so I'm happy that I have used these guidelines. I find it so interesting how greatly varied the calorie guidance is. But there are also huge differences in almost every aspect related to calories, protein grams, vitamins, exercise recommendations, straws, soda, etc, etc.

I'm at 4 months, at my 90 day appointment the nut told me to try to get over 600 calories and nothing over 800 since I have been working out. I have my 6 month appointment in March.
