please, you need to change that font and color to something that is readable to the general public. Just sayin...
You can do it that way if you want. If you don't want it to take all day to get your vitamins, you can take a multi and a dose of calcium citrate at the same time.
I didn't see any B12? Are you taking that?

Ah, OK. Yeah, most people do the B12 shots once a month. Giving one before you leave the hospital is a great idea. I wonder why more docs don't do that?

They didn't tell us this in our pre op class.so I had already bought my b12 sublingual and thiamine. I am ready when the time comes! There is just so much to do when you get home it can be overwhelming so I was thankful I didn't have to worry about these two right away! My only problem I am having is when I sleep in on the weekends and that throws my schedule all off- I feel I need to stay up late to fit all my vitamins in or set an alarm after I fall asleep to take them! LOL!
That's why it's such a good idea to give a B12 shot in the hospital. There is so much to do the first couple weeks, it would be nice to not have to worry about that.
I know people that take one dose of vitamins in the middle of the night when they get up to pee. I usually don't get up for that during the night so that wouldn't work for me, but it works well for some people.
