Hi All - I uploaded new pics and entered my 5 Month post op blog note. I feel so good about where I am at after 5 months.
I have lost a total of 64lb**** my original goal of 135lbs a couple of weeks ago, and decided to reset my goal to 125lbs to have some room in case of 'bounce back'. I now have 8lbs more to reach that goal. I took my measurements and have lost a total of 43 inches, and gone from an XL top to a S, and a size tight 12-14 pant to a size 2. I started the Couch 2 5k program this week, and feel good about moving more. My weight loss has slowed, but this is to be expected as I get closer to goal. Still, 8lbs in last month is pretty good. My calorie intake is creeping up, and I find myself eating out of head hunger due to being cooped up indoors due to weather. Still, my fitness pal shows I am now eating between 600-800 calories a day. I measure all my food and get in not more than 4oz protein per serving. Feeling really good - thanks to all of you for helping with information and inspiration on a daily basis.

Sounds like you are really doing a great job.  Keep up the good work and I look forward to reading your progress.  God bless you.

This is so heart warming and encouraging!  Thank you for sharing!

And LOVE those size 2's!

I am starting at a 28 pant (hips..ugh) and dreaming of the 10's or 8's!

Size 2's DO happen!

Yay for you!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

You look fan-freakin'-tastic!  Seriously!  You're so teeny.  I can't imagine what you'll look like eight pounds from now.  Congratulations.  :-)
