Well, I guess I am in my second stall - have been at 133 for 9 days now, and even tho my calories have gone up to about 800-900 cal a day, I have also upped my exercise. I know this is normal, but it still doesn't make it any easier. I just want to break into the 120's and the scale won't budge.

I'm sure the stall is frustrating and I know I'll be upset when I hit it, but you have lost half your body weight and in the big picture, this will pass and you will be in the 120's before spring.  However, I would feel the same way and I'm not very patient.  But I'm working on that, cause it's not a race for me.

I think you are doing really terrific!  Try not to worry. You have a long way to be only a year post op. I will be happy extremely happy if I meet goal at my 1st year. You will be there much sooner!

Only your second stall?  You're lucky!  I've had many more, but perseverance pays off and the process always resumes.

You will be far less frustrated if you remember that if charted, almost everyone's weight loss more closely resembles stair steps than a ski slope. Sometimes to lighten up physically, you have to lighten up emotionally.  If you stick to your food and exercise guidelines, the process will work!  Hang in there!!!

I'm in my first stall now and holy moly it's driving me nuts.  I finally broke into onederland and BOOM..I stopped. I keep telling myself, "Patience!"

Never accept NO for an answer.
