fruits and vegetables

Hello, i am two months post-op, and just wondering what type of fruit and vegetables that we can eat at this stage?

At that point I was on a regular diet. I could eat any fruit or vegetable I wanted. I don't know what your surgeon's plan is, though. What does it say?

Did you get any kind of eating plan from your surgeon or nutritionist? Most WLS patients get a guide that tells them what they can eat and when, and if you have such a plan it's important to follow the recommendations.

Yes...I am five months out and all are ok for me as well...but my plan did have me leaving a handful of them out until three months. Every plan is different. I'm curious about what yours is.
