D-3oz. Ground Turkey 1/2cup crushed tomatoes chili seasoning 1slice lite whole wheat bread with tsp. Margarine
96 oz fluids
My doc says no snacks so chewable vitamins fill in as well as coffee and herbal tea
I might try those chicken muffins they sound good and easy

L - Moe's was catered in at the office... had some black beans that I am now regretting, chicken, onions and a few chips
S - 1/2 a cookie
D - Chicken/Chorizo, black beans, a tad of rice, grilled onions and a bit of sour cream
