What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

B - Shelly's Protein Bar
L - Charro beans and shredded beef soft taco parts
S - Nuts/seeds from Starbucks (plus a delicious Blonde Brew)
D - Shredded pork taco parts, 3 tortilla chips and a bite of beans and rice
S - Pecan Raspberry variation of the Protein Bar
20 days out
B- poached egg 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce a few sips of coffee after
S- cottage cheese
L- 1/4 cup egg salad/ sliced peaches about 3
S- Baby bell light
D -Tandoori Scallops ate 1 and a bite of another and there were 5 and they were big, also about 6 bites of spinach naan
S - sugar free popsicle
I'm just starting my day. I've got:
B: Skinny latte, autumn scone (just made a fresh batch of these last night--after going to three grocery stores to find canned pumpkin!--love them!)
S: Tender bites beef jerky
L: Veggie burger, gouda cheese, bag of Health Wise barbecue protein chips (likely these will wind up being a snack in the afternoon)
S: Don't know--maybe another skinny latte or cashews or more jerky (I have to eat something because I've got a personal training session this evening)
D: Syntrax Grape/Lemonade mixed protein shake, diet cookies (yum!)
I'm at just over 900 calories without that afternoon snack. I'll probably wind up just over 1,000. My workout will burn something like 350-400 calories. I'll be taking in 79 grams of protein (as it stands--more, when I figure out my snack).
