Wow! 400 calories in a day, almost a year out. That's inspiration! I was at 493 today and six weeks out. Is that a normal daily calorie for you? Your weight loss is phenomenal so it just may be :)

I am usually in the 600 calorie range, this was just a day I didn't want to eat much.   I operate best with my workout schedule and high-stress job pretty much eating 500-600 with 65 to 75 gr protein and 30 carbs or less. I don't really pay a lot of attention the calories because they are so low these days as I had quite a stall going on, and am now finally kicking it with the increased exercise, higher protein and way, way low on the carbs.  Also I never miss taking my vitamins and get all my water.  All the little things really do add up!  Thanks for the thread, I always find it fun to read and get new ideas :)

Breakfast: Protein drink (Muscle Milk light)

(Worked out with trainer for 1 hour)

Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with about 1/4 cup blueberries

Lunch: Went to an Italian restaurant with friend, AAAUGHHHHH!  They did have the option of any pasta dish substituting green beans for the pasta so I ordered a chicken pasta dish with green beans.  When it came it was swimming in olive oil and maybe cream - not sure.  I basically picked out the chicken and ate a few green beans, trying to avoid the sauce.

Dinner: 2 turkey meatballs in marinara sauce

Snack: Light Greek yogurt
