I buy Bariatric Advantage Iron 60 mg with 250 mg of Vit C-It is chewable.

I take 1 a day right before bed.

A 90 day supply around $40

Lemon/ Lime flavor.

Probiotic- the number needs to be 15 billion or more ( according to the dietician at St. V's)-

I bought the wallgreens version 90 capsules around $20

I like carbonyl iron because it's absorbed well and usually doesn't cause constipation.  The ASMBS recommends a total of 54 to 63 mg a day for menstruating women and 36 mg for everyone else.  To increase absorption, take 200 mg C for every 30 mg elemental iron you take.

I don't take a combo, but I am currently taking Nature Made Vitamin C - 1 tablet has 60mg vitamin C, and Feosol Carbonyl Iron with 45mg per tablet. My Kirkland multi vitamins have 18mg iron so I only take the Feosol a few times a week. I get my 6 month labs done this Thursday so looking forward to seeing how my levels are.
