What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

Greek yogurt  with a little granola each morning. 

On wednesday i have a scrambled egg instead

lunch is a protein shake with greek yogurt added for 38g

dinner is chicken breast or turkey breast with cottage cheese and 

slice of fruit. Lean ground beef sometimes 

i snack on nuts and fruit. Drink lots of water 

pretty boring but it works for me. My levels are great and i am pretty pleases with my weight lose

B: applesauce with cinnamon and some sweet & low 

S: banana 

L: Chicken Salad with lettuce and cherry tomatoes 

S: Protein Shake 

D: balsamic glazed chicken breast w/ mashed cauliflower and sautéed spinach

I'll play along:

Breakfast: protein shake

snack: one piece multigrain toast with peanut butter

lunch: cheese stick and Greek yogurt

dinner: Texas Roadhouse steak and veggie. I'm sure that I will have tons of leftovers!

5 months out b- chocolate Hazelnut protein shake L- 2 oz chicken and 1 oz cheese stick S- crunchmaster crackers and almond butter D- ground turkey with mushroom gravy

Time out from surgery: a little over 5 months.

breakfast: peanut butter spoon (30 minutes later, my usual indulgence of coffee)

snack: piece of teriyaki beef jerkey

lunch: grilled lunch meat roll with shredded cheese inside

snack: strawberry banana Greek yogurt

dinner: making a turkey meatloaf for the boyfriend and I. Wrapped in turkey bacon, of course. 

On track with water and vitamins.

I love love love turkey meatloaf and I've never thought about wrapping it in turkey bacon. Genius!!!!

I don't usually comment, I mostly just read posts, but I like this one and get lots of meal ideas on it daily. I'm 9 months out and my weight loss has really slowed so maybe posting my meals daily will keep me accountable and on track.

B- 1/4 c egg beaters, 1/4 ricotta cheese, 3 prunes

S-strawberry Greek yogurt, 1/4 c bran cereal mixed in

L-1/4 c marinara sauce and three mini meatballs ( I made these with ground chicken and ground turkey sausage mixed, yummy)

D-2 oz beef roast, 4 or 5 baby carrots cooked with roast in the crockpot, 1/4 c mashed potatoes

S-1/2c light cottage cheese

total of 800 calories and 76 protein.

water-100 oz as usual.  Vitamins-check

Exercise- did week four day two of couch to 5k, then three circuits of the weight machines at the gym.

Hi Jodibee! I'm a newbie but your menu and stats look really healthy to me :) you have very well balanced meals and get the protein in :) I'm glad you also find this useful :)

L - 2 oz. boneless pork chop w/ 1/4 cup broccoli

Isopure Grape Frost - 8 oz.

D - 2 oz. meatloaf w/ 1/4 mashed sweet potato

S - (planning on having yogurt for last snack of the day)
