First Dr(Surgeon) appt today.
St Vincents with Dr Inman she said everything looks good, I weighted 270 now 251 so at least I'm loosing with my 2 ounces of food. I go back in May. I asked about all the pain on my right side she said that's where the staples are that some Dr's put them on what side they choose. It will get better I sure hope soon.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
