leg cramps
You might be low on potassium. You can call your and ask him to order a blood test for you.
If it hurts when you swallow your multi, even if you break it in half, you can cut it into more pieces, you can cru**** you can buy a different multi that's smaller (although most are pretty big if they have all the stuff they need to have in it, but there are some that are pretty small and you just need to take more, like I think Bariatric Advantage makes multi capsules that are small but you need to take six a day), or buy a chewable or liquid multi.

I called my My Dr yesterday because boy oh boy was I having some pain in between my breasts for a couple days and it hurt for hours on end. I was having pain for a few days and it felt like my pills were stuck in my chest. My Dr said go to the emergency close to me because I'm 3 hours away from her. They said they seen a pill stuck that it's to small for pills to pass, I did not have this problem until now. I have to stay off vitamins until I see surgeon tomorrow , I will have an endoscopy procedure. Thanks everyone

I suffered for years with leg cramps that I believe were connected to iron deficient anaemia. I also started taking 750mg of magnesium every day.
Haven't had a cramp for several years now I am on top of everything!
I would suggest you have some labs done - because none of us can really give you advice, only tell you what works for us

I would talk with your doctor, of course, but I have gotten leg cramps too. I happened to be at my neurologist's office during one of the leg cramp bad days, snd he said to add more magnesium, eat an occasional banana and watch that I don't get too much B6. I do all of that and it helps a lot, but I have been able to stop the cramps with a true "old wives tale"--pickle juice. I take a couple of tablespoons of dill pickle juice and it stops that cramps in minutes. So, I am guessing that because I am drinking so much water every day, I may be low on salt....Surprisingly, the pickle juice doesn't taste all that bad when I have a cramp.
