I'm sorry about your bad news but lots and lots of kudos to you for not relying on your old coping method of stress eating (I hope I do just as well when I have my first real challenge). Keep up the great attitude and focus. I'm curious -why no lettuce? I know it has no nutritional value but is there another reason?
I really, really need to go grocery shopping! There is no healthy food at my house.

S: Whole Grain Tortilla chips (Food Should Taste Good) (also probably a bad choice)
L: Quiche (spinach, turkey bacon, cheese, eggs - no crust)
