I'm sorry about your bad news but lots and lots of kudos to you for not relying on your old coping method of stress eating (I hope I do just as well when I have my first real challenge). Keep up the great attitude and focus. I'm curious -why no lettuce? I know it has no nutritional value but is there another reason?

Thanks for the kudos :) I am reminded (being at my parents) that I am from a family of "food pushers". "Emily, can you eat pizza bread?" "Nope I'm good" "Well how about just the cheese and pepperoni?" "Nope, honestly, I'm good" "What about...?" "I'M GOOOOD!" Lol

I really, really need to go grocery shopping! There is no healthy food at my house. 

B: Protein shake

S: Whole Grain Tortilla chips (Food Should Taste Good) (also probably a bad choice)

L: Quiche (spinach, turkey bacon, cheese, eggs - no crust)

D: Not sure yet. I need to make a shopping list and actually cook something!
