When do you quit eating at night?
My plan calls for 3 meals and no snacks but for me, that isn't realistic. If I don't eat before 4 hours, I get shaky and dizzy. I exercise hard for 65 minutes every day unless something comes up and I need fuel to keep me going with my toddlers. My snacks are only protein: cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chicken, salmon etc.
My plan calls for 3 meals and 2 snacks with Protein always coming first. I'm not supposed to go too long without giving my body some fuel. Sometimes I only have 1 snack, once in a while 3 if I have to be up late and feel hollow. I don't do the calorie dense snacks at all - a splurge for me is some fruit instead of yogurt or other protein. I don't exactly get hungry, but most of the time, after 3 hours I start feeling hollow in my gut. My last snack may be as late as 30 minutes or so before bed - it all depends on how long the day has been and when I get to go to sleep.
