Does it cover physical therapy for weight loss?  Based on my grandmother's experience a few years ago, it doesn't cover PT just because of degenerating knee joints until it prevents walking.

Probably not just for weight loss.  But I've done PT twice for degenerative disk disease in my back and it covered that.

Even with good knees I learned to dislike exercise.  I used to love it... After too many bad sugar crashes after 20 min or so of fast walking made me hate exercise ... Eating carbs so I can exercise is stupid IMO. And carbs gives me RH.. So either way I would crash.

Since my diagnose of adrenal insufficiency - I can start exercise again, but I had to remember to take extra cortisone before I do, and judge how much my body may need... Not enough - I'll crash, too much I get sooo hungry...

I learn to enjoy short intense workouts (15--20 min) or gentle one - like walking or yoga.

There are many reasons why a person can't - won't exercise.

Your PTH is great you want it low. My opinion your D is too high. I'd cut back on what you are taking. There's no reason to have it that high, Google Vitamin D toxicity.

B-12 is higher than needed but nothing dangerous I like to keep mine around 1200-1500 and have seen mine as high as yours. I just cut back slightly. B-1 takes a little longer to get result. Iron looks great I would love to have ferritin around 200.
