Calcet Creamy Bites on sale
I got caught the same way with those Citracal chews. It was only thanks to OH that I actually read the label (once I got them home, admittedly) and found out it's the wrong kind of calcium. I hate misleading advertising/packaging.

I think many people make those kinds of mistakes. It's really important to read labels carefully. And really, even if you use the same product all the time, I recommend reading the label from time to time. Because manufacturers can change a product. They can change the ingredients and it may not be obvious just from glancing at the outside of the package.

You're using Caltrate? That's calcium carbonate and we can't absorb it. You're getting no calcium from that.
With the Calcet creamy bites, you would need three or four a day. We need a total of 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate a day.
