I love love live trader Joes! I am going to have to find the Thai lime skewers! I always buy a bag or two of their frozen Argentinian red shrimp. It's so easy to defrost those and they are so high in protein and low in calories :) Your menu sounds excellent.

I hadn't thought of coffee with protein powder...what kind of protein powder are you using for this?

Wow you are packing in the protein!  That's awesome :)  Another gal on here (Kenyatta) also swears by the roasted chickpeas with cinnamon and splenda!  I haven't tried them but I have cheese crips when I need some crunch.  I feel like I will never have a sweet tooth again with all the sweet protein powders and yogurt!

Thanks, I am trying!

Yeah, I need to try these cheese crisps things too.

I read this thread everyday but have never posted. Thought I might, it's fun to see whate everyone is eating.

I did things very backwards today.  lol

Breakfast- Stuffed pepper soup

Lunch- Eggface's breakfast bites - Plus I added some finely chopped baby spinach

Dinner- Roast beef and steamed baby carrots

Snacks- my daughter made some smart pop earlier I ate about 1/2 a cup of that.  Tonight I will have a Chike Banana Magic protein shake

This is the first time I tried the banana magic and it's really yummy.  You can mix with milk or water, I did skim milk.  The Chike has a little more carbs than most others I"ve tried just so you are aware, but I also find it tastes better and therefore I  actually tend to drink it.

I watch carbs but I'm not super carb sensitive and am not as strict regarding them as some are. I may try some. I wonder if you can buy it in stores? Or would I have to order online?

I'm so glad you read the thread everyday and find it helpful!  I love savory breakfasts so I don't blame you for going for the pepper soup first thing!  Sometimes I eat tuna for breakfast.  I like to prep egg bites (very savory ones) for my workday breakfasts.  How is the Chike Magic Banana shake?  That actually sounds pretty appealing!  I am soooo tired of vanilla and chocolate!
