Oh, it IS! I just got it and bought the giant tub. It is SOOOO good! One of the few that I actually add almond milk/flax mil**** and nothing else. SOOOO good!  Big red transluscent tub. I think the brand is Prozein. Man alive--it is so good I actually read the label to make sure it was not a poor choice.

Oh my gosh.... You're right. I AM 6 months out! I suddenly feel SO much better about how much I've lost! How on earth did I get that wrong??

I am 17 months tomorrow :)

Overall you made good choices to me :)   Don't be so hard on yourself.  That granola sounds like a good choice too.  I was thinking of a sweeter, grainy type with high carbs, not 10 grams of protein.  What brand is it?  I will have to check it out!

Protein shakes don't fill me either.   If I have one it is for the protein boost, as a snack or breakfast because it is easy.

It's called Bear Naked Honey Almond. It's not very sweet at all, but adds a great crunch to the yogurt. I have to be careful and measure it, because I could eat the whole bag.

If you aren't already - try going for a light Greek yogurt.  Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt has only 80 calories but has 12 grams of protein.  That can give you a boost if you aren't already going greek.

My problem with light yogurts is that I can't have artificial sweeteners and I haven't found any without sucralose. If there was one with stevia, I'd be all over that!

I usually do the Chobani 0% yogurts.

Dannon Light 'n Fit Greek has 80 calories and 10 grams of protein in 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt is higher in protein because of the way it's made.
