Yeah this doesn't sound like you :(  Sorry you are feeling so nauseated!  Hopefully you can keep down some protein drinks at least.  And 100 oz of liquids is impressive!  I am trying to up my ounces of liquid per your advice.  I am up to 56 ounces so far today.  I will keep on trucking!

Wow 900 calories over two years out...I fear I will be there much much much sooner.  My NUT wants me at 1000 calories and I am eight weeks out!!!  I am trying to stay closer to 700.  Pistachios...so delicious :)

Howdy, DC!

I have written down the Oopsie bread recipe. I can't wait to give it a go!

Yesterday, i made something similar to the egg cups, except I doubled the recipe and baked in a casserole di****hink I liked it a little bit better, it seemed to be a bit more moist. Dryish eggs seem to kick my pouch in the nuts. I browned a half pound of turkey sausage, cut up three pieces of turkey bacon, one fourth cup of skim milk, half cup of cheese and 10 eggs. Mixed all up, poured in a greased casserole dish and baked. I've done the egg cups before, and I enjoy them...but these are really easy to cut up and portion out as well. The boyfriend really, really enjoyed it.

I'm just under six months out from surgery.

B: almost one portion of the egg bake from yesterday. Protien coffee, as well as three more cups of coffee.

s: chocolate cherry light and fit Greek yogurt.

l: heated up leftover chili. Made chili Mac for the boyfriend, I just ate the chili.

S: probably string cheese.

d: there's a little homemade tuna salad left. I will probably finish that off.

on track with water and vitamins. Will probably take a snowy walk in a bit. Like pethairmagnet, I looooooooove the snow.

Hey Topher!  Long time no read!  Where have you been hiding???  I totally thought about making a "frittata" in a casserole dish but I fear my portions could creep up lol.  So at least with the tiny ones, I just have three and I know that is a serving.  But I am hosting a brunch this weekend and I may make the crab and cheddar quiche in a casserole dish, and make the bacon/goat cheese quiches in little minis.  Then I can try both :)  You are like the tenth person to eat the chocolate and cherry light and fit greek yogurt.  I have to give it a try if y'all like it!

String cheese is a definite go-to for me.  I am partial to the Weigh****chers jalapeno kind.  50 calories.  And flava! :)

Cheers to you and Pet Hair Magnet and your snowy walks.  I will be inside, looking out at the snow, with the bottoms of my pants dry and warm lol.  Have an awesome afternoon/evening!

L- 2oz white chicken chili, 1oz strawberries with a smidge of fat free cool whip

S- pure protein shake

D- going out to a local Italian restaurant so I'm planning on eating 2oz pork chop and 1 oz of broccoli and carrots. I would love to try some salad but I'm afraid to when I'm not at home.lol

When you guys go out do you bring a cup to measure or just eyeball it? I hate being obvious...

I just eyeball it :)  I always feel a little nervous because I don't want to overestimate.  I figure I pack my breakfast and lunch every single day, and most nights...so when I do go out, I do my best :)

Hi M.

Thanks for posting everyday. I love reading what everyone has for the days menu...

B: Premier protein shake - chocolate

L: Omlet, egg beaters, mushrooms, queso fresco & turkey sausage (but sausage is kicking my butt, too heavy for my pouch)

D: Talapia, zucchini with cheese

S: Jello, String Cheese.

Having trouble with the water lately, vitamins on on track.

Hope you all stay safe with the harsh weather.

Renee

Hi Renee!  I am so glad you like this post :)  You are getting such a good combo of protein and cooked veggies in!  I haven't tried any kind of sausage but I have tried bacon and turkey bacon in my omelets and they add a ton of flavor (and salt lol and fat! lol) and I have no issues.  Maybe try one of those?  I did a shake for breakfast today and wasn't too too hungry by the time lunch rolled around.  We're trying to stay warm here on the east coast but it's not easy!!!  Look forward to seeing your menu tomorrow.  Thank god for cheese!
