One of my sites is all caved in.. is this normal? All my other spots are flush with the skin but the middle one is caved into my skin... doctor's didn't seem concerned but I am a worry wart.

If the site isn't red, hot or oozing (look infected), I wouldn't worry.  Besides, if the doctor is aware and isn't concerned, I wouldn't give it another thought.

Your doctor has seen how many incisions?  thousands, probably?  If he or she didn't seem concerned, I'm sure it's fine.

Same thing happened to me. My doc said that it does happen and not uncommon. She said that the internal stitches pull in and that causes the "caving in". She said I could gently massage the area, this was at my 2 week appt, and that may help.  I am now 3 months and 1 week post op and the area is not caved in anymore.

^^^ What they all said.

I had a dent (for lack of a better description) around the left trocar site. That was were they did the most work...moving the camera around amongst other things, and I had a sizable dent for approximately 6 weeks until I started losing weight AND my swelling went down.

If it isn't hot, red, or oozing colored fluid, like pus, I wouldn't be too worried.

Same here - I was really worried when I saw the huge dent in my left side incision, I posted about it too lol.... It definitely flattens out as you lose weight ;)

Same for me, also this incision was more painful than the others. It will even out in time, I'm about 4.5 months post op

Mine sunk a bit, to me that would not be a worry point.
