You gave me the turkey meatball idea for tonight :)  I have never been to Red Lobster but snow crab legs does not sound bad at all!!!  Awesome job staying on track this week.  You are making me crave pickles lol.

Haha glad I could spread some inspiration! I make mine with onion, an egg, a little bit of bread crumbs, ketchup, dried basil and salt and pepper, then I let them set for an hour or two and pop them in the oven

You are so awesome! Congrats DCGirl! So happy for you! I'm not having a good eating day today. It's 2:30 here and I'm just now eating breakfast! We'll see what the rest of the day holds...

B- 2 oz leftover carne guisada from dinner last night (stew beef with Mexican gravy) and 1 oz refrained beans with chorizo

s- I will have a pure protein shake

L- not sure

D- will see if I can squeeze it in

V- need to get caught up

W- that's the only thing I have consumed so far

E- plan to do 20 min on the elliptical

Wow QueenBMamaFranks!  You can go all day without eating until 2:30?!  I, like you, can totally eat some dinner food for breakfast!  My mom (who is very slim and works hard at it) was saying she is sick of her greek yogurt with berries and granola breakfast she has eaten every single day for 10 years.  I said, "Switch it up!  Have tuna!  You love tuna!"  It was like she had never considered having non-breakfast food for breakfast!  

Glad to see you back here posting - it's been a few days!  And thanks for the congrats...though I know 299 is no one's version of a healthy weight, it sure feels GOOD.  So does wearing clothes that haven't fit in YEARS.  Awesome that you are fitting in exercise today!  Even though you started your day late, I know you will squeeze in the vits and protein :)

I love how positive you always are! I hit the floor running as soon as I woke up! The kids school was cancelled and I had 3 girls I babysit with me. Had to have son at the doc by 8.  Doc was an hour late. Hubby met me at the office to help with the 5 kids I had with me. Went to mcds to let the kids burn off some steam at the play place. Of course I did not eat anything there. Then went to SAMs and looked around. Ordered a cheese pizza and let the kids eat there. Again I didn't eat. I wasn't even hungry when we got home at 2:00 but I knew I needed to eat. 

I love eating leftovers for breakfast. I wish I had the patience to redo my tickers but I redid them once and they are gone again. Ughhh!

S:  Grapes

L:  2 oz Chicken with 2 tbs corn and 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

S:  2-3 oz fresh Pineapple

HI DCgirl!!

I was also waiting for the post to come up then I got busy and am so happy it was here when I got back online.

Today I did an hour of training focus was on arms and abs.

B- Coffee Protein Shake - 220 calories - 27 grams protein

S- Hot protein chocolate - 80 calories - 20 grams protein ( discovered my chocolate protein doesnt need anything extra other than ho****er and taste like really rich hot chocolate)

L - 4 shrimp, roasted veggies, and a little avocado - 240 - 25 grams protein

S- Cheese stick - 80 calories - 7 grams protein

D - ground turkey - 230 - 21 grams protein

Totals 850 calories and 100 grams of protein

Vitamins and Water are good!

Ceithlenn!  You always make me excited to start with my trainer!  March 1st is my date to start.  Your workouts sound really focused and intense.  And you get so much protein.  What brand chocolate powder tastes good alone with water?  I must know!  LOL

Shrimp and avocado sounds delightful.  What do you do with the rest of the avocado since after you open it, it gets brown quickly?

Looks like a couple of us are doing ground turkey for dinner!  Though I may make mine in a meatball form.  

I'm glad you look forward to this post - so do I!  It makes me happy everyday :)  Em
