Did anyone else have to go thru this?

I don't specifically recall 3,6, and 7, but the rest sound normal.

They just want to be sure you are healthy enough to do the surgery and post-op life.

I had never done so much testing in my life, but felt that at least I was pretty healthy when I finished with all of the testing.

Very similar to my own doctor's practice requirements (his requirements, thats an aside from insurance requirements one may have). I paid OOP but I did everything on that list except the exercise consult and the group meeting. I had an EKG and chest X-Ray as well during pre-op testing like a week or so before the surgery as well, and a second round of full bloodwork. I did not have all of those different specialists either though so I only needed clearance from my PCP and I also had documentation of my sleep apnea from my sleep study I had a few years ago.
