Hi DCgirl!
This weekend planning new meals sounds like FUN!
Yesterday was my birthday and as well as hectic so I never got on to post but am glad I am around today to post. We are having a potluck at the office today and it is childhood favorites like; corndogs, twinkies, fruit by the foot, ants on a log, PB&J, grilled cheese, and the chili I made to go with frito pie......
Luckily I brought something I can eat today.
B- My protein shake - 220 - 27 protein
S - Ants on a log with no ants (celery and PB) 200 - 6 protein
L - Chili - 230 - 22 protein
S - Hot chocolate protein made with water - 80 - 20 protein
D - Hot chocolate protein made with water - 80 - 20 protein
The chili ended up being little too spicy or something and now my stomach hurts no more solid food for me today I think
Totals 810 calories and 95 grams protein
W and V - Good on both :)
E - Personal training for an hour this morning with a 15 minute run warm up before.
Happy birthday!!! Impressed that you did training and cardio and avoided that seriously tempting potluck. Ugh I see the food at our office and wonder why every single person isn't obese. Our kitchen is like the graveyard for terrible snacks. I have to say I'm feeling so good I'm not even tempted yet. Kudos to you!!!
Hello Dcgirl I do the same thing with BA calcium chews. I purchased the 250mg and have a lemon and raspberry every night as my dessert. They are very yummy and satisfy the sweet tooth in me
B: Grapefruit protein shake ( my favorite)
S: Green Yogurt
L: Homemade Navy Bean Soup
D: Turkey Meatballs in chick broth with Spinach and Carrots. Just enough broth to cook the meatballs & veg
S: 2 BA calcium chews 250 mg each
All vits in and 2 miles on my recumbent bike.
