You're doing great!! One piece of advice...Watch for the Carb Monster. They can creep up on you fast. You start to justify eating sugars and junk (since you don't dump)...Saying "I'll work it off later". Then you get busy or injured and put off the workouts....But you're still downing the carbs. They're very addicting...Just saying. Keep up the good work!!
