Why the cravings ugghhhhhh !!
How come most days can run so smoothly.... and then there are days like today where it is SO hard to resist temptation !!!
It's not "that" time of month, nothing stressful happened, I'm not more bored than usual, NOTHING is different.... so why am I craving chocolate, salt, and basically any kind of munchies ??? Can there be internal things going on that trigger cravings ? Like a deficiency or something ?? I'm having some s.f. hot chocolate now with a scoop of protein.... TRYING to be a Good Girl

I have found that I love kale chips! Preheat oven to 350. On a tray, lay parchment paper. Cover it with kale leaves (small pieces). Spritz with olive oil. Season it with season salt or crushed red pepper or whatever you like. Bake for 13-15 minutes. It's crunchy and delicious - and you can snack on it like you are having popcorn or chips :)
It happens to me too. I'm glad you asked this question. It's hard when I have a husband, a 6 year old and a 4 year old that did not have this surgery and can eat more normally. I don't want to completely restrict them, although they are pretty low carb these days too (refined). Valentine's candy has been difficult and my older daughter is selling Girl Scout cookies!!! I didn't order any!
