What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

I am on a total leftover day too. Dinner may be the exact same as lunch since I don't want to waste the deli turkey I bought.  At least it's quick and easy!  And if I pan sauté a piece of cheese and wrap it around the turkey, it is quite warm and delicious.  Your leftovers sound good so hopefully you enjoy the menu today :)

Breakfast: Chike Coffee Protein Shake

Lunch: Sliced buffalo chicken breast and some cheese

Dinner: Chicken N Peppers  (and onions and mushrooms)

Snack:  I dunno,  maybe Hard Boiled egg, and a couple of olives.

Yummy Chicken & Peppers!   ( I am adding onions and mushrooms with the peppers)
2 Chicken breasts, boneless / skinless sliced into thin strips, or cubed.
2 Green Peppers, cut into medium thickness slices
2 Lg cans of whole peeled tomato's
garlic: fresh minced, or garlic powder.
salt & pepper
Parmasian cheese
Non stick olive oil cooking spray

Spray lg skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Set heat to medium. Add prepared chicken to skillet. Coo****il chiken is cooked through, do not over cook. Add 2 cans of tomato's. Using spatula, cut tomato's in half in the pan. Add prepared peppers. Add garlic to taste. Simmer on medium low to medium heat for about 20 - 30 minutes, until peppers are cooked, but not mushy.
Remove from heat and serve. Top with Parmasian cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

B: snack size protein shake

S: 2 baby bel mini moz. cheese

L: white bean chicken chili (1 cup)

S: Zone perfect protein bar

D: 2oz. ground turkey burger (no bun, with ketchup and pickle)

S: either a Skinny Cow Salted Caramel Pretzel Ice Cream Bar or Pistachios

I agree, I better never see these.  They would vanish from my freezer in two days lol

Breakfast: 2 Slices Turkey Bacon and Yoplait light yogurt 

Snack: Protein Shake 

Lunch: Chicken Salad that I posted yesterday, probably a cup

Snack: Black Bean Dip with tortilla chips (counting out a serving!"

Dinner: Skinny Chicken Cordon Bleu (was supposed to eat this last week but my husky jumped up on the counter and ate it....she's acting out because she got a new sister (German Shepard) and she's used to being an only child. we had pizza that night lol) 

Exercise: 5 Miles 

do y'all count your coffee as liquid intake? Just wondering, because I'm trying to be better about drinking enough during the day but I haven't been counting my coffee 

nail appointment today! Yayyyy and have to pick up some puppy food!

I got a pedicure on Monday and it was such a joyful and peaceful hour :)  I hope your nail appt is the same!  I totally count coffee towards my liquid.  I mean, if I drink a 10 oz of coffee, I figure that's a liquid?  I generally only have one per day...you should ask Topher, because he drinks a "**** ton-metric" of coffee lol

Nail appointments are always fun for me. I love the lady I go to, she does such fun stuff and is super creative.

I count coffee, some ppl don't.  IMO It is made from water lol
