What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

Hi DC Girl!

I had a full day of errands but did get to the gym first thing and did my 30 min of aerobics.  I sweated terribly but it was a good session. I hope I never get the foamies. It just doesn't sound good.  Sorry you've had to deal with them.

B  Isopure grape protein drink

L  1 1/2 meatballs with a bit of marinara.  Half cup lettuce with tsp Caesar dressing

D. Wonton soup minus the wonton's. It had two small slices of lean pork along with snow peas and Kale. Two egg bites. 

S. Sugar free gherkin pickles.  They have no sugar, no calores, no carbs and I love them.

All vitamins done and look forward to a long stint at the gym tomorrow!

B: protein shake made with 1% milk

L: 4 oz of Greek yougurt

D: baked chicken wing with no skin and 2 oz of feta cheese.

Water: 70 ounces so far plus two more cups of milk.

rode a stationary bike for one hour this after noon also
