What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

The weather was really icky out and I think I am getting a little bit of a cold so I drank mainly hot tea. I dont count liquids that are not jus****er. I season the shrimp in Kicken Chicken spice and then flash grill it on a grill pan (spray of pam olive oil) then for the avocado I dice it and mix garlic, salt, pepper and a little lemon. I eat a lot of avocado my nut recommended it for healthy fats along with nut butters. She wants me to up my calories a little, she thinks that I am stalling cause they are too low but there is part of me scared to do that.

Time passed since surgery: 17 months

Breakfast: 3 cups coffee with sf creamer, RTD shake

Lunch: refried beans/ cheese and a few chips

Dinner:       few ounces of beef steak with sautéed onion                           

Snacks: yogurt, Jack Links Turkey Jerky 

Total nutrition: I don't count most days, if I have a gain I will reevaluate :)

Exercise/vitamins/water: Massive restocking shopping trip today was my exercise (Sams club, Kmart, Meijer, GNC)  vitamins behind by a batch, but I will catch up soon, water and 11 oz protein shake and 36 oz of coffee

Candy, you and Topher are coffee twins :) He calls it a "**** ton of coffee". 36 ounces of coffee would make me so happy but that would equal about 8 packets of Splenda for me (I don't drink it black) so I have one 10 ounce cup a day :)

yep, 9 packets of splenda, 3 each for 3 cups.  I should cut back to two cups!  I'm sure some day they will say it gives you cancer.  But until then I am having coffee!

3.5 months post surgery

Snack: protein drink (before workout)

breakfast: protein pancakes w/a few strawberries

lunch: 3 slices turkey lunch meat with 100 calorie packet guacamole

snack: 1/2 apple with peanut butter

dinner: haven't eaten yet

one hour workout with trainer.

Kbinaz-do you love having a trainer? Mine has changed my life! They push me sooo hard. That's awesome that you ate so well today and did an hour with a trainer. Kudos to you!
