Stall
What is the definition of a stall. And does anyone know why they happen.
I am down 75 lbs sine my surgery november30 th. but I lost that weight in first 60 days the past 30 days I weighed in today and i was the same down to the ounce. I was stunned. Still following program. Dazed and confused. Help.
I think there are many different definitions of stall. The one I see most commonly is ZERO weight lost for at least 4 weeks. That seems to fit your situation.
Stick with the plan, the loss will continue!
