That is awesome 1.25 miles before you even got to the office! I woke up with a migraine this morning so I cancelled training and ended up staying home from work.
B- Hot chocolate protein - 90 calories - 20 grams protein
S- Cheese stick - 80 calories - 7 grams protein
L - Banana and almond butter - 200 - 6 protein
S- hot chocolate protein - 90 - 20 protein
D- Chicken roll up with mushroom sauce ( thin cut chicken pounded filled with cheese string and sautéed spinach) sauce made with mushrooms, skim milk and a tiny bit of flour, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. 186 calories - 30 protein
Totals 746 (?) and 105 grams protein
W- Good today
V- Good
Hey DC, hope your snow wasn't to much. I'm in New England and we were supposed to get some today, but they were wrong and the sun is shining...yay!
B- unjury chocolate shake with a tbs of PB2 (so yummy, tastes like a Reese's)
L- homemade chicken salad on a reduced fat cheese crisp
D- 3 oz sirloin steak and a few green beans with garlic
S- Quest bar and tonight 1/2 c. Boom Chicka Pop popcorn
Calories 714 protein 84

exercise- 30 minutes on treadmill (to wiped out from today's field trip with the 5th grade to do any more...lol)
A 5th grade field trip sounds like exercise to me! I love a chocolate shake with PB2! And I was just commenting earlier that I am going to have chicken salad on a cheese crisp - we have the same ideas :) I'm glad you avoided the snow - the sun is out here again too, so my commute home will be much more pleasant :) Have a great night!
I'm a much happier eater now that I've had another appointment with my nutritionist. Here's today's plan:
B: protein shake (1/2 chocolate flavor/ 1/2 coffee flavor)
S: egg salad made with light mayo (about 2 eggs)
L: yogurt with a tiny but of granola. It was coconut greek yogurt. I will never eat it again. YUCK
S: an ounce or so of chicken and 4 Triscuits
D: avocado lime chicken salad (possibly on crackers)
S: this is my new happiness! a piece of FRUIT and 1/2 a serving of nuts. I think tonight I'll have a plum!
E (exercise): 10 minutes of Zumba (then my family got home and I quickly stopped!)

OOOH what did your NUT say? I will go back in a month or so. It sounds like you can incorporate fruit and nuts? I didn't realize you had to wait so long? I haven't had either fruit or nuts but for some reason I thought I could. Your NUT must be happy with your diet (calories/protein-wise). I saw the coconut yogurt and wondered how it was. Now I know :)
So, after asking on here, I'm apparently in the minority with the no fruit thing (nuts have been okay for a while). This is a new permission for me!
