WARNING!!!!!

The sugar free cake has sugar alcohols in it. If you do not know how you will react to sugar alcohols tread carefully.

I had part of a sugar free muffin and thought I was going to die.

I had fruit and sugar free whipped cream for my birthday!!

You're only eight weeks out.  What does your surgeon's plan say you can eat now?  Does it include sugar free cake?

I did not ask my surgeon, I have a friend who had the same surgery and she just mentioned sugar free cake. I still have a hard time figuring out what I can and can't have. I had a sugar free pudding cup with some sugar fee cool whip.

My 45th birthday was a week after surgery. My daughter wants to be a pastry chef and LOVES to bake. We had a birthday celebration that involved clear liquids, and I loved it all the same.

I'm with the others. Start a new tradition!
