I am totally from small town USA.But I have moved all over the east coast.I do live in the woods but I can be at the beach in twenty minutes.I do like the woods.I love the beach to.Cleaning the snow off my wood pile wasn't one of my favorite things to do.But a year ago I wouldn't been able to do it.Popcorn will no longer be welcome in my house.I can eat a ton of it.And my stomach was not happy with it.But today is a new day.I love Washington D.C. best zoo and the museums. My aunt lives in Gaithersburg MD.

Ahhhh I love TV while on the treadmill!  It definitely keeps my mind off of the task at hand :)  I saw your recipe the other day for the peanut butter cookie.  It sounds like it's decent and you have some ideas to improve it.  I need to get more creative!  I do have cream cheese in my fridge to make oopsie bread - just need to find the time!

Ceithlenn - your day was not horrible at all!  Well, re your calories and protein. Your commute to work certainly sounds horrible :(  I have to find coconut yogurt - that actually sounds pretty good :)  Don't beat yourself up over your numbers - they are similar to mine yesterday and I am only 3 months out!!!!  If anyone should be kicking themselves, it's me!

One thing I have learned from this post is that nothing is weird!  Pickle is awesome for the crunch.  I see people who have chicken fajitas for breakfast :)  We are all in this weird world together and your menu often looks really good to me :)

Yay, welcome Biggie Smalls!!!  The first few weeks can be a little tough (I felt very emotionally, sad occasionally, periodically lonely...how I long for those days now that I am traveling and over scheduled lol!) but it gets better and we are all here to support you!  I had two weeks of liquids post-op.  But transitioned easily to soft solids.  Your life is about to get better and better as you lose weight and feel better :)  Congratulations!!!
