Nauseated

I'm really never happy to eat because nothing sits well. I eat very little 2 oz and my stomach is always unsettled and I feel nauseous after I eat and can't do my protein shakes like I used to because they make me sick to my stomach. I always look for things to eat with protein. Today I made 1 egg white, a little turkey sausage and a little cheese and I ate little because it makes my stomach uneasy. I tried some chicken at lunch and the same thing, also supper ground turkey. I wish I could look forward to eat. I'm 8 weeks out. I would think about now I would be able to tolerate more food.

An idea...Tuna salad.  Tuna with a small amount of nonfat mayo, finely chopped celery, salt and pepper.  Maybe Wendy's Chili.  Are you eating very very slowly?  Could you have a stricture...Has it been ruled out?  Other ideas in no special order; Egg salad, cooked spinach, This other one is crazy (or maybe not)...Baby food.  Yeah, I know gross...Because it's in puree form.  Good luck, Brian

When I developed nausea I called my doctors office and was given a sublinqual anti-nausea med.  It helped only a little  so I phoned again requesting Phenergen which works great.  The nausea now only occurs occassionally.  I have my med on hand if needed.  I hate that feeling of nausea!  I suggest calling your doctor to get something for it.

I'm having a very similar issue (I'm six weeks out).  Any time I try and eat anything other than pureed or very very soft food, I get sick and throw it up right away.  I don't feel nauseated for long, it literally goes away within minutes of me throwing up, but I can't seem to keep anything down.  Yesterday, it was 1 shrimp, day before one bite of chicken, day before that it was tuna salad (with light mayo and mustard, only 1 bite).  I haven't even tried anything non-protein.  Anyways, good luck to you.  I'm thinking I'll call my Dr. if things don't improve over the next couple of days.  I hope you find an answer as well.
