Question
I'm not to far out yet 8 weeks, so I just want to know that when every so many weeks you add another ounce of food, I will be eating 3 ounces next how does that work when you get full on what you eat now for me 2oz. Does your pouch let you eat more without feeling uncomfortable, because I know I will be eating more later.

Eat what you feel comfortable with. If you are full....stop. Don't force yourself to eat 3 oz if you can only fit 2. Your pouch will adjust as time goes on and naturally you will be able to eat more...but I wouldn't force the 3 oz if you are still getting full with 2.....might be that your pouch isn't ready yet. Go with whatever feels best for you =) It does adjust though.

That is not how my plan works, so I am not sure if I am understanding you.
First of all, my plan goes by food volume, so I measure in a 1/3 cup measure and THEN I weigh it and sometimes it is one amount and sometimes it is another amount, based on the density of the food. 1/3 cup of crab legs is a different weight than 1/3 cup of egg whites for example. I am allowed up to 1/2 cup but I am almost 10 months out and just CANNOT get that in except for something like jello or yogurt and of course, liquid, which is a whole different thing.
But my pouch sometimes won't let me know until a bite too much, so I have to eat slowly, purposefully and with pauses so that I am really listening to 'satiety' messages. If I go past the point of satiety and even edge in on full, I am going to be really and truly sorry. But if I stop right at satiety, I'll be fine until my next scheduled food, be it snack or meal.
I do drink tea and coffee frequently, the past month I ran my report and realized I was close to 150 oz a day on average for liquids and my skin and nails and hair have NEVER looked better, so I feel like that is helping all systems in my body even if my loss has slowed to a C R A W L.
