What's on your menu today, RNY-ers?
Hi OH Friends!
I hope you all had a nice weekend, and that some of you have the lovely and mild weather we are experiencing now!
I'm feeling pretty uninspired about food recently, and haven't been cooking or experimenting with new recipes although I have some cream cheese in the fridge to try oopsie bread, and cauliflower to try cauliflower pizza crust. I think with the travel last week and having a friend in town (eating out), I am just overwhelmed with leftovers. I have to get back to cooking!
B: 2.8 ounces of chicken leftover from Friday night's dinner
L: 3 ounces total of onions, chicken, shrimp with a sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of sour cream leftover from Saturday night's dinner
D: Either Boar's head deli turkey or a veggie burger or a chicken sausage
S: I will have to have a protein shake since b and l together are only 33 g of protein
E: 40 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minute personal training session
W: 20 ounces so far, on track for 80 ounces+ of liquids a day 99% of the time
V: Took my multi, my calcium citrate "petites" and my vitamin D this morning

Hi DCgirl, loving the warmer weather, but they are calling for snow here (Toronto, Ontario Canada) tomorrow night! We also did the Daylight Savings time thing on Sunday and "Spring Forward" and lost an hour sleep, grrrrr
I am totally with you on the being uninspired about food lately. I feel like all I eat is chicken, chicken, chicken. Chicken sits well with me so I am nervous about trying steak or pork chops... time will tell I guess

Hey Daisy! I am from Detroit originally so we used to go spend weekends in Toronto! I love that city! Younge Street and all the great shopping and sights :) Good thing you moved your clock forward - I heard Mayor Rob Ford tweeted "Don't forget the time change - move your clocks back an hour tonight!". LOL. Your meals and snacks sound DELICIOUS! I should use pad thai sauce on my Pasta Zero that I like so much. I bet it would be great!
Hope you had a great day too!
