Hi OH Friends!

I hope you all had a nice weekend, and that some of you have the lovely and mild weather we are experiencing now!

I'm feeling pretty uninspired about food recently, and haven't been cooking or experimenting with new recipes although I have some cream cheese in the fridge to try oopsie bread, and cauliflower to try cauliflower pizza crust.  I think with the travel last week and having a friend in town (eating out), I am just overwhelmed with leftovers.  I have to get back to cooking!

B: 2.8 ounces of chicken leftover from Friday night's dinner

L: 3 ounces total of onions, chicken, shrimp with a sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of sour cream leftover from Saturday night's dinner

D: Either Boar's head deli turkey or a veggie burger or a chicken sausage

S: I will have to have a protein shake since b and l together are only 33 g of protein

E: 40 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minute personal training session

W: 20 ounces so far, on track for 80 ounces+ of liquids a day 99% of the time

V: Took my multi, my calcium citrate "petites" and my vitamin D this morning

What's on your menu today?  Em

I hear ya on the hair color...I started going gray at 25 so now, 10 years later, I have an appt every 10 weeks with Diego, my fabulous stylist!  It's an expense I can't avoid.  It does make me feel so good to have my color touched up!  I hope your appt went well :)

I remember my first car at 16...and trust me, my mom took full advantage of that and I became the errand runner of the house!  Hope the shopping went well - I used to work in automotive marketing and I know people find car shopping to be pretty stressful.  Your daughter must be over the moon excited!

Hi DCgirl, loving the warmer weather, but they are calling for snow here (Toronto, Ontario Canada) tomorrow night!  We also did the Daylight Savings time thing on Sunday and "Spring Forward" and lost an hour sleep, grrrrr

I am totally with you on the being uninspired about food lately.  I feel like all I eat is chicken, chicken, chicken.  Chicken sits well with me so I am nervous about trying steak or pork chops... time will tell I guess

B: One cup of Skim Milk with two scoops of chocolate protein powder

L: 2.5 oz of grilled chicken and 1/2 cup grilled red bell pepper in Mexican spices

S: One Ham & Swiss "Egg Bite" (I make mine in a regular muffin tin so they are big and one fills me up)

D: 3 oz of grilled chicken and 1/2 cup mixed veggies in a Pad Thai sauce

S: One Gouda Babybel & 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries sprinkled with one Splenda

Stats: Calories 674, Carbs 29, Protein 108

Water: 32 oz and still going

Exercise: One hour walk on my lunch hour and will take the dogs for a hike for one hour when I get home from work

Vitamins: all good + one evening multi & calcium to go

Have a great day everyone!!

Hey Daisy!  I am from Detroit originally so we used to go spend weekends in Toronto!  I love that city!  Younge Street and all the great shopping and sights :)  Good thing you moved your clock forward - I heard Mayor Rob Ford tweeted "Don't forget the time change - move your clocks back an hour tonight!".  LOL.  Your meals and snacks sound DELICIOUS!  I should use pad thai sauce on my Pasta Zero that I like so much.  I bet it would be great!

Hope you had a great day too!
