Hi Louise!  Oh no...I hope you are not lactose intolerant!  I know that is a common after-effect.  I love cheese so much.  I would be sad without it.  But I would be sad with stomach issues, so I guess you will do what you have to do!  I know what you mean about "heaven help me"!.  When people tell me to have less salt, I think "I don't eat carbs!  You want to take salt away too???"  LOL.  I am glad you are feeling normal and I hope that continues!

i feel the same way about cheese.  But I think most hard cheeses don't have lactose, i am not sure.  I am just swearing off all dairy right now (except whey protein) and I will slowly add back and see what is what.  And for the record, i would never ever give up salt.  Nope.  Especially not the amazing pink tibetan sea salt.  Love that!

Whew.  It's been a whirlwind kinda day around here.

B: Coffee protein shake

L: 1 oz ham, a slice of pepper-jack cheese, and 5 kalamata olives

D: Well, the plan was to have a clean out the fridge night (aka leftovers), but after reading kenyatta's post, I may change that to chicken wings

S: 100 cal cherry greek yogurt, too much coffee, and beef jerky later tonight

V: only nighttime vits remaining

W: sitting at 66 oz so far

E: c25k again

snack 100 cal pack of almonds

lunch. Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich minus bun

snack Greek yogurt

dinner curried chicken and wilted spinach. I served it over rice for the family

may have a grapefruit later.  A friend gave me some from her tree

Breakfast kashi go lean cereal 1/2c. 1/4 cup skim milk

Lunch cup Turkey chili 

Dinner two oz. Chicken from slow cooker half cup veggies -swash zucchini mix  half ounce cheese

All vitamins 98 ounces water 

Still wishing I could get back to exercising maybe the plaquenil

will kick in soon so I can get my balance and stamina back. Hate the word lupus!

I think its SO awesome how into exercise you are! It feels awesome to look forward to activity verses away from it. Sorry I have been MIA, but this move; packing, school, work all at one time is getting to me. 

Neck is still crap have a Dr's appt as its now been two weeks with minimal improvement and a strong amount of pain. Need to get this fixed. 

B- protein shake - 230 calories- 28 grams protein

S- oatmeal - 150- 8 grams protein

L- avocado with salt and pepper - 200 - no protein

S- greek coconut yogurt, banana - 160 - 12 protein

D- meat balls and string cheese- 200 - 16 protein

S- crackers and PB - 210 - 6 protein 

Totals 1120 calories and 70 protein. Trying the 1200 calories that my nut told me to try to get past this stall. I feel guilty for being over 1000 but will give this a week and see what happens..........

W- 120 oz

V- all of them

E- still just walking/jogging cant do any weights, yoga, etc with my neck.
