Multi Vitamin
I take two multivitamins per my surgeon's recommendation and the ASMBS. I take the Celebrate chewable multi's (I CAN swallow pills, I just prefer the chewables) but I have never compared them to the Centrum Silver, so I have no idea if they have the same quantities and/or contain everything we need. I would recommend comparing what is in your vitamins to the ASMBS list and see if it matches up.

I don't like the taste of chewable Centrum, but I didn't like the Celebrate chewables, either. I take a multi I swallow now, have for several years now.

Thanks, Kelly. As I said, I hadn't really compared the two, but should I change from my current multi's I will look into Centrum. How do they taste?
For me the Celebrate chewables are far better tasting than Centrum Chewables. The Centrum tastes like chalk. Chalk that's been under someone's arm pit.
