I think there may be some truth to that...I have such an amazing group of friends and family and I think people do see me for me.  Of course they all want me to be healthy so they are super supportive, but I am telling you, no one ever mentions anything!  I did just go on an online shopping spree and I got a ton of new shirts (I can't even wear my old pants but I have still been wearing loose mumu shirts lol) so maybe when I wear clothes that FIT, people will notice :)  Thanks for your always nice and sweet comments :)

WOW if I read you ticker correctly you are almost 100 lbs down and only a few weeks behind me???  AWESOME!  You are kicking some serious ass. Any secrets to share?  Are you doing low carb?  Lots of exercise?  I am in awe of you!

Hi DCgirl,

i actually went in to surgery at 241 after a 12 lbs loss on my preop diet so I think my loss is pretty average. I'm currently at 183 and I'm feeling great!

I keep my carbs under 50. I don't consume simple carbs. I exercise 6 days a week moderate to high intensity. Nothing much different than you! You're doing awesome! Keep plugging away!

Thank you!  I agree, I like seeing all of the different stories and how people are achieving their goals...what their starting weight was...what types of exercise they start to incorporate into their lives...it's fascinating!
