Potato Ricer ??
I had bought a potato ricer from the mention (here on OH) of it's use for something else... but now I can't remember what it was !! Was it cauliflower for the cauliflower pizza "dough" ?? Any help lol

You can use it to "rice" cauliflower once it is steamed. However, I think the "rice" is easier to cook with if you whiz the cauliflower through the food processor until it resembles little pellets of rice and then steam it. You can make cauliflower fried rice that way. Or, soft boiled eggs over cauliflower rice. Yum!
Yeah, I don't have a food processor..... I guess this will have to do !! hahahaha

I didn't read the post on here but I use my potato ricer for sweet potatoes, turnip, carrots, and squash. Once I have surgery and get to the puree stage I think my potato ricer and I will become good friends. I doubt my post is any help but I do use my at least 3 times a week so even if you can't remember still a great buy.
