Yogurt - Ew

I only like Greek yogurt.  I don't like the slimy regular one.  But if you do not like either, don't waste your time trying to force it down.  There are other alternatives.  And for soup, I didn't like any canned soup except Chicken Noodle-I used the broth only in the early days.  Oh, and egg drop from my fave Chinese restaurant.  One container lasted DAYS!

Suggestions for alternatives?  I'm willing to try the greek yogurt before I chunk yogurt altogether but would like some ideas if you have any.

I love the Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt. They have some great flavors. They are thick and creamy, but smooth. It has 7 g of sugars, and some of that is lactose.

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

The ONLY yogurt that I can eat (low sugar/low carb) is Dannon Light and Fit Sugar and Carb Control. It must be the SUGAR an Carb control. It has only 3g carb, 2g sugar and 5g protein. It only comes in vanilla (yuck) and strawberry. I like it plain, with granola or mixed with fruit. Here's a link to their website http://www.lightandfit.com/light-yogurt/carb-and-sugar-control/strawberries-and-cream.

I hope this helps,

I hate it.  All of it.  Could not eat it. Spent lots of money hoping to like it. It really seems like a food one should like!!

On my diet I had...

Ricotta cheese with marinara sauce.

Unsweetened applesauce.

Refried beans.

Unjury chicken soup.

Milk (be careful if you are lactose intolerant) - and Sugar Free Carnation instant Breakfast.

Jay Robb protein mix made into protein icecream in the Cuisinart Icecream maker - check out eggface for recipes for all these stages too!

Good luck!!

Fage 0% Total Fat unflavored Greek yogurt and add 2 Tbs PB2 and you've got an awesome peanut butter flavored yogurt for a total of 175 calories, 27g protein, and only 1g fat in an 8oz serving. Delish.

What is pb2?

Pb2 is pressed peanuts into a powder, which extracts 85% of fat and calories out of it. I get mine at Amazon. Mix dry powder in your unflavored yogurt. The best. Or mix powder with water and you have a peanut butter spread for apple slices, etc. Just google or look up on Amazon. They also have a peanut butter chocolate flavor that is also yummy. I buy the pair in a 2-pack.
