I have never ate a protein bar yet, just wanted to know if I could. I'm not snacking because I'm not hungry most the time. I eat a lot of yogurt and I'm always looking for high protein foods but since I don't eat alot I don't get that much protein from food. I have Protein drinks but alot of them don't agree with me they make me sick. I have IC so when I drink Nectars they make me pee like crazy. I try to get in all my fluids but it's a challenge everyday. Thanks

I take three Celebrate tablets or Bariatric Advantage chews a day for a total of 1500 calcium.
I have not tried the bars and don't plan to. Although I do drink two shakes a day (1 breakfast, 1 snack), I am trying to avoid processed food as much as possible. I also know that my gut does not react well to the alcohol sweeteners in some of the bars.
On my plan, bars (1/2 at a time) after one month. My plan does not allow for snacking throughout the day, rather I have three meals, and three snacks - six small meals really. I am fairly certain that snacking throughout the day would be discouraged by my program. Please check with your nutritionist about what and how frequently to have a snack.
