Still in Singapore but doing well. Daily calories hover between 700-950, and I've worked out every day. Feeling great but really need to drink a lot of water in the heat and humidity. Have another 10 days till I get back home. Just keeping up the good fight. I try to log on every day for motivation and inspiration. Love reading everyone's posts.

Hooray for you-I am glad things are going well!! Is it as easy to ge****er in Singapore as it is here? Are they big on bringing in various beverages into your meetings? Any differences in the tolerance for certain foods given how they are prepared there vs here?

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Tons of bottled water but still feel like I should drink more. Especially when I'm in the filed all day. Not going to the bathroom as often as I should, I'm afraid. I brought a lot of my own food so haven't eaten much outside of some pepper shrimp and chicken and lots of veggies, salad, and the fruit is amazing.

Asia would be one place I'd bring a LOT of my own food, that is for sure! :)

Wow that's a long trip! You're a rock star! Way to go on working out every day :) I know you're like me and not a fan of waking up early to work out. So it's extra impressive! Hope the trip ends well and definitely share your unique menu with us!

I've been working out more after work than before. Still haven't adjusted to time zone so it's been hard. I'm really not esting a lot of food here, just some pepper shrimp and chicken, veggies, fruit and salad. Looking forward to getting home and having 3 weeks off work.
