No exercise today, still recovering. I am overjoyed to report that I have no fever today (first time in a week) and I think it is possible that I might be over the worst of the candida die off! I can also think clearly today which is an excellent sign! This crazy restricted diet is paying off, along with the drugs and herbs, and teas and tinctures!
I am also doing great on fluids, 55 oz so far. I am drinking gallons of ginger, oat, marshmallow, and camomile tea. Overall, pretty great day here in the freezing cold north!
Ha ha Louise @wretched children! At least you are still eating very healthy - tons of veggies in your diet! I haven't really gone the veggie route yet - I tend to make all of my 3-4 oz just straight up meat/protein :) AWESOME news on the candida dying off. I am glad you are staying hydrated and feeling good!
I've heard that candida die off makes one feel almost flu-ish. Is that what you've been going through?

Yes! There were a few days where it was sortof like having the flu, being drunk, and smoking pot, all at one time. Not that I have experience with all of that... Haha! I had a fever for six days straight. I couldn't think straight, was lightheaded and woozy, my skin was all tingly and sensitive like when you have the flu. Basically I just felt dreadful. But today I am definitely better. HAllelujah! I am just a little fatigued and a tiny bit foggy but I can work and have some energy. So much better!
Ah, I see. Sounds awful! I'm so glad you're feeling better now.

Hello Everyone! As always thanks for the great tips. I will be trying the Syntrax mint cookie, it sounds delicious. I was having great luck with the vanilla isopure (and 50g protein per serving) but the last week I've been really grossed out by it every time I try and drink it. So the syntrax sounds like a good replacement option, especially if you can buy sample packs first!
B- Fage 2%
L- Premier Protein
S- Kale Chips
D- unknown (I have book club tonight and I'm not sure what will be there. In the past I tend to grab carrot sticks and hummus and then supplement with a little more protein when I get home if need be)
V - On target
W - I need to pick it up
E - None (although I do take a mini "jog" every hour in the restrooms at work and that seems to help getting my step totals up. I'm lucky that we only have a one person bathroom at work, so no one knows I'm the crazy girl jogging in the bathroom for a couple minutes every hour:)
Have a great day everyone!
