What do you take and how do you know it is the culprit?
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Benefiber works pretty well for me without causing too much gas. I think the key is to incorporate it into all the foods you can, but just a little bit at a time and increase the amount you take slowly. I remember when I'd go on diets prior to surgery and increase my fruits and veggies significantly, it would cause the same problem. So try increasing your fiber intake gradually, rather than adding in a bunch all at one time.
