What do you take and how do you know it is the culprit?

I'm sure it is the fiber CVS Natures Fiber Supplement it's Generic. I hardly eat anything and never had gas until I started the fiber. I don't have gas when I stop but when I start taking it again it happens again.

I use to take metamucil but I accidentally drank to much or too fast and ended up vomiting it up. Im trying fiber gummies. Only been a week but I like them. I drink extra water when taking fiber.

Citurcel is a "smart fiber" and will not give you gas.  It is the only one that I know of that does not cause gas

I am having bad gas. I just posted thinking it might be sugar substitutes but now I'm thinking it might be the new Fiber Choice tabs. I started taking 3 a day but am stopping cuz of my gas buildup. Last night my tummy looked like I was pregnant.

Benefiber works pretty well for me without causing too much gas. I think the key is to incorporate it into all the foods you can, but just a little bit at a time and increase the amount you take slowly. I remember when I'd go on diets prior to surgery and increase my fruits and veggies significantly, it would cause the same problem. So try increasing your fiber intake gradually, rather than adding in a bunch all at one time.
