Am I losing enough?
Are you loosing too much. I started at 270 and only lost 4 the first couple weeks. I was upset since everyone else had lost so much more but thinking back the effects of the malabsorbtion and smaller portions take a while to accumulate. My nut told me that alot of the drastic initial weight loss is water weight since dehydration happens alot sooner then malabsorbtion. Three months later and the weight sometimes comes off half a pound a day. My goal is ten pounds a month.
I had a timer in the phone that went off every 15 mins so I would drink water and take protein as often as possible since I could only take few sips. I made my protein shake with extra powder and soy milk so just from that I would get 55g protein. Then I would have vanilla yogurt or cottage cheese so I was getting at least 60g a day and two 8oz bottles of water.
