Yeahhhhh that's why I don't shop clearance or resale or goodwill...at size 20, what options will I have?  Now YOU with your tiny little body!  you have many more choices :)  That's awesome - can't wait til I am in the same spot!

Hey DCgirl, super cute top!  I love GwynieBee, seriously, getting something new in is like Christmas.  Plus I love how much my wardrobe changes and I get to show off how my body is changing.  I was excited to see they added jeans, but I'm 5'10 so I'm not sure any of them will be long enough.  Still, the selection is awesome and I'm loving the service.  My goal is to shrink below the size 10 threshold, but at the same time that will be a sad day for both me and my wardrobe :)  It's also really helping me to try some styles that are out of my comfort zone, so it's been a wonderful experience overall.

Time since surgery - 2 months, almost 2 weeks

B - Premier Protein

L - Forgot to bring so I'm skipping it (I know this is bad, I just am not hungry at all).  I'm going to chug a ton of water to try and get that number up at least :)

D - Protein Shake with some added unflavored protein powder to make up for lunch

W - Need to pick it up

V - Ok

I've kind of been struggling the last week or so.  I don't know if it's the hormones from losing weight or what, but I had a lot of enthusiasm and energy for the first two months and have kind of hit a lull.  I'll snap out of it, and I need to start with planning better meals for myself.  Have a great day everyone.

Girlllll I hear you!  For me it is ALL about planning.  Luckily my work building in downtown DC has a deli downstairs so I can always have them cut me up some chicken breast and put it in a container.  But I prefer to plan.  I sometime**** a lull (and a "I want to eat more!" moment) around TOM, so maybe that could be.  The hormones are pretty intense too!

I'm glad you love GwynnieBee too!  I am obsessed with it - just wearing this one top today that FITS and looks GOOD makes me walk with a bounce!  I don't think it's a crazy investment to have new clothes all the time in your closet either.  I have been shopping like an insane person so now I need to STOP the shopping and just do GwinnieBee.  I haven't tried their jeans yet and my favorite kind from Lane Bryant are of course OUT OF STOCK.  Sigh :(  Have a great evening!

Proud of you Em, not eating the pasta yesterday. This weekend I went to a bridal shower at an Italian restaurant. Nothing on the buffet menu but pasta and salad, which I'm not supposed to eat, but I did, about 1 cup of greens and anti-pasta. I ate 2 pesto penne pastas, 2 marinara penne pastas and 5 bowties, Alfredo. I felt so sick after eating, my daughter was mad at me.

i screwed up,Sunday too. Had a mother daughter tea from school, had 4 tea sandwiches, which made me feel sick, again my daughter was mad at me. I know it's stupid, but I'm kinda glad I felt sick. Stopped me from eating anything further!

back on track...

B: premier protein shake

L: slice toast, 2 oz turkey breast, sargento light string cheese

D: 3 oz. pork chop, light n fit yogurt

not sure where that leaves me on protein, need to plug it into myfitnesspal. Water, water water. Had a bladder infection this weekend, I've been forgetting to get my water in. Lesson learned!!

have a great day all

Yeahhhh social situations can suck.  I mean, my fridge only has turkey and cheese and unsweetened almond milk so it's not like I can "cheat" lol.  But being out, there are so many choices.  I avoided all things with carbs and off plan, but still ate too much cheese last night. Gorgeous, silky, rich, italian cheeses!  LOL

Good for you for recognizing you were off track and out of control and committing back to plan.  That's what we all need to do :)

Hi DC and fellow menu posters!  I am late to the party today, super busy at work and got side tracked and forgot to post!

DC LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your top!! Its so cute on you, and pink and black are my two fav colours!  Keep posting your new outfits please!  I have done very little shopping even though I have shrunk a few sizes, but not sure about the rest of you but I had several smaller sizes of clothes with TAGS STILL ON in the back of my closet.  Pre surgery I was a size 18 plus pants and a 2XL or 3XL in tops, mostly 3XL.  Now I am a size 11 regular in pants and Large in tops, and yes I actually had a few of those sizes in the back of my closet for that "What if" day that I ever lost weight and fit into them. LOL LOL  Was at my parents house on the weekend and my sweet Mom surprised me with two new pair of pants and two new tops!  Everything fit awesome.  I will check out the GB site but not sure since I live in Canada if it works.  I love your salmon patty idea, I love salmon and will try that.  What do you use for your salmon, canned salmon?

B: one cup of unsweetened almond milk with two scoops of chocolate protein powder

L: 2 oz of grilled chicken with 1/4 cup of yellow bell pepper in spicy ginger teriyaki sauce

D: 3.5 oz of grilled pork chop (first time trying pork chop and it was great!) and 1/4 cup of sweet peas (I love peas!!)

S: 6 mini Ketchup flavoured rice cakes & two Babybel original cheese

Stats: 752 calories  19 carbs  90 protein

Vitamins: all done

Water: 72 oz and still going

Exercise: 7 kms (as per Fitbit) walk at lunch and walk after dinner with dogs

Have a great evening everyone!
